Special service conditions
Each special service condition should be proposed in advance and confirmed by the manufacturer and user.
The dielectric strength of the air will be reduced in when altitude is over 1000m at site.
If the ambient temperature is over the maximum degree, the capacity of the using current must be lower than the designed currents for both main bus-bar and branching bus bar. The installation of area is propitious to reduce heat.

Production features
1. Main framework adopts 8MF bar steel. Both sides of bar steel is installed with 9.2mm mounting hole with modulus 20mm and 100mm. Inner installation is flexible and easy.
2. Two types of assembly form design for main framework, full assembly structure and partial (side frame and cross rail) welding structure for user selection.
3. Each function compartment of device is separated mutually. The compartments are divided into function unit compartment, bus bar compartment and cable
compartment. Each one has relative independent function.
4.Horizontal bus bar adopts cabinet back level placed array pattern for enhancing the capacity of resisting electrodynamic force for bus bar.
5. Cable compartment design makes cable outlet and inlet up and down convenient.
Functional unit
1. The module height of the drawer is 160MM, divided into 1/2 unit,1 unit, 3/2 unit 2 unit,3 unit five size series, single unit circuit rated current up to 400A
2. Drawer changes the change on height dimension only, its width, depth dimension is changeless, the drawer of same functional unit has good interchangeability
3. Each MCC cabinet can be installed with up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2 unit drawers, among which more than one unit of drawers adopts multifunctional back board
4. According to the current size of the incoming and outgoing lines of the drawer, the unified specification chip structure plug-in is adopted without the number of pieces
5. The drawer unit is equipped with mechanical interlocking device
